THE PERSON
BEHIND THE
CODE
Eighteen. Based in Benin. Writing software since 2023 — mostly modern, scalable web applications, occasionally things that were never meant to be opened.
Zubaidah Shuayb — Zeeayb — is an eighteen-year-old full-stack developer based in Benin. Her journey in technology began in 2023, and since then she has spent it building: interfaces, APIs, data models, and the quiet infrastructure that holds a product together.
She works primarily across React, TypeScript, Node.js, Express, Python, MongoDB, PostgreSQL and Supabase — moving between the front and the back of a system without treating either as someone else's problem.
Outside product work she reads about cybersecurity and ethical hacking, mods mobile applications, and unpacks APKs to understand how things are assembled before deciding how they should be built.
Her taste runs dark, deliberate and futuristic. She believes engineering quality and visual quality are the same discipline seen from two angles.
